Hey everybody! Thanks for making it this far. My name is Jack and I am Delaware native, but moved to Virginia over 10 years ago and now call RVA home. I am a graduate of James Madison University (B.S.) and received by Doctorate in Physical Therapy (D.P.T) from Virginia Commonwealth.

After graduating PT school, I worked in several outpatient physical therapy settings including private practice, rural hospital based, and corporate physical therapy clinics. Despite the amazing skills and experience gained from these jobs, I discovered one problem; the current system is no longer patient prioritized. I launched Uplift to to change that.

I am a physical therapist by trade but my passion is people. As a provider, I enjoy building meaningful relationships with my patients and giving them the tools and knowledge to fix their problems, even when other methods have failed. My 1 on 1 business model allows us to get to the root of the the issues, and progress patients based on their unique, individual goals.

I specialize in the treatment of cervical pain, headaches, and tempormandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) and have close relationships with local dentists for integrated care. However, I have experience treating most orthopedic conditions and populations including post-op care, runners, and geriatrics.

Outside of PT, I enjoy running on the trails, golfing with friends, and traveling with my beautiful wife, Kristen.
